TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO IMPLEMENT AND SUPPORT GBV/VAC ACTIVITIES IN KABUYANDA IRRIGATION SCHEME IN ISINGIRO DISTRICT

The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE) with support from the World Bank is implementing the Irrigation for Climate Resilience Project (ICRP). The project objectives are to provide farmers in the project areas with access to irrigation and other agricultural services, and to establish management arrangements for irrigation service delivery.

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF OFF-FARM INFRUSTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT MODEL AND ITS ESTABLISHMENT FOR KABUYANDA IRRIGATION SCHEME IN ISINGIRO DISTRICT

The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE) with support from the World Bank is implementing the Irrigation for Climate Resilience Project (ICRP). The project objectives are to provide farmers in the project areas with access to irrigation and other agricultural services, and to establish management arrangements for irrigation service delivery. The project will contribute to improvement of farm incomes, rural livelihoods, food security, climate resilience, sustainable natural resources management in the target project areas.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SITUATION ASSESSMENT AND PROJECT DESIGN FOR DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITY FORESTRY IN KIRYANDONGO, KIKUUBE AND HOIMA DISTRICTS UNDER IFPA-CD PROJECT

The Government of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Investing in Forests and Protected Areas for Climate Smart Development (IFPA-CD) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE, Lead Agency), the Uganda Wildlife Authority and the National Forestry Authority with the involvement of the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities in tourism-related activities and the Office of the Prime Minister in activities in the refugee-affected areas.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF INTENSIVE, MIXED USE AGROFORESTRY SYSTEMS ON HOUSEHOLD PLOTS IN HOST COMMUNITIES IN REFUGEE-HOSTING AREAS

The Government of Uganda (GOU) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Investing in Forests and Protected Areas for Climate Smart Development (IFPA-CD) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.  The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE, Lead Agency), the Uganda Wildlife Authority and the National Forest Authority with the involvement of the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities in tourism-related activities.
